Our brochure is now online and will not be mailed out this year in an effort to reduce paper use. Yes . . . The KASE Program is going green! You can view our course offerings online a this site and print a registration form by clicking here. You must print this form and mail it in along with your payment to register. Please print very clearly when completing the enrollment form. Do not leave any questions blank. The best way to get your registration in is to mail your completed enrollment form(s) to this address: Kinnelon Enrichment Program MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO "Kinnelon Enrichment Program" Alternately, you can drop off your registration at the Board Office, or any of the schools main offices (Kiel/Sisco, Stonybrook, PRM) However, it is best to mail your registration. How do I know my child has been registered in a course? You may assume your child has been registered in a course unless you receive notification, by phone, e-mail or letter, that the course is full or was cancelled due to lack of registration. If a class is going to be cancelled due to lack of registration, it usually happens very late in the registration process, to allow time for additional enrollments to come in. Please understand that notification for this kind of cancellation will probably come just before classes are to begin. You will receive confirmation of your child’s enrollment by post card just prior to the start of the semester. When will I receive a postcard? Approximately one week before the beginning of the semester, a post card will be mailed to every enrolled student with all of the information pertaining to the course they are registered in. You will receive one post card for each registered course. Please check the postcard carefully. If there are any discrepancies please contact me immediately, preferably by e-mail ( lrussell@kaseprogram.org) or by phone at 973-838-3720.
What do I do if I don't receive my postcard? If you enrolled before the registration deadline and did not receive a postcard please contact me immediately at lrussell@kaseprogram.org or by phone at 973-838-3720. If you enrolled after the deadline, there is usually not enough time to mail a post card. You will receive notification either verbally or by e-mail. |
