| We have these policies in place to help keep your children safe and our program running smoothly.
Please read our policies very carefully and keep them in mind as we get ready for a great semester! |
KASE Program Policies:
1) Registration is handled on a first-come-first-served basis. We highly recommend that you mail your registration in. 2) Registrations are due by February 19th, 2010. Any registrations received after this date will be charged a $25 late fee. 3) No registrations will be accepted after courses begin. (Courses start the week of Monday March 1st, 2010) 4) If school is closed or called as an early dismissal due to weather or other emergency, all after school classes will be cancelled. 5) If your first choice course is closed due to lack of enrollment, we will either refund your tuition or apply it toward an alternate course. 6) There will be NO REFUNDS after the first class meeting. 7) All courses are taken at your own risk. 8) If your child must go home early and miss an enrichment class, please send a note into school clearly marked "ATTENTION ENRICHMENT PROGRAM". 9) Please make all checks payable to "KINNELON ENRICHMENT PROGRAM" 10) Make up classes are only held if a class was unexpectedly cancelled by the school or teacher and there is sufficient time to either add a week to the schedule or add time onto already scheduled classes.
